Senior Accountant
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Prepare financial reports, perform research and analysis, maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations
– Possess good practical and theoretical knowledge of various accounting and financial software
– Help the organization to manage the accounts efficiently.
– Ensure that all accounts are appropriate and accurate in nature.
– Provide genuine support to junior account employees to manage the accounting department in the best possible way.
– Assume leadership role to guide accounting personnel in daily tasks, reviewing financial data to make forecasting decisions and communicating with company Executives about financial strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Have a bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Finance or Accounting. The candidate will also be better suited with CPA certification.
– At least have 8 years minimum experience with International Company. (Financial Statements, CPA, General Ledger Accounts, Internal Audit, External Auditors, Payroll, Ensure Compliance, MIS Report, Finalization of Accounting, Budgeting, Cashflow
Variance Analysis.)
