The ideal candidate will be providing first-class sales by answering any questions the consumer might have about a product.

Acts as an expert between company and  consumers that meet their needs and desires.

Work under  strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue in order to achieve company goal with minimizing the cost.

Required with real estate background could be a plus point for ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates advanced products knowledge,
Generates new leads by meeting with consumers
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products,
Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
Works with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward company sales goals
 Qualifications:

Must have experience in Sales proven with good company record.
Min 2 years of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily routine work,
