Customer Service Agent required in Qatar

1. Communicate with existing and potential users via phone, email, online chat, or social media.

2. Listen carefully to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines.

3. Always maintain courtesy and gentleness to escalate the crisis.

4. Record your own data to build, update, or customize client accounts.

5. Provide telephone contact information for auditing and reporting purposes.

6. Provide and respond to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties.

7. Recommend products and services to customers based on their requests and needs.

8. Answer internal calls or external calls, in some cases cold calls to follow up on orders.
