A reputed Qatari Recruitment & Manpower company is looking for a young, dynamic and proactive Website Manager (IT Engineer) to maintain and manage a sophisticated job portal.
Responsibilities
Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization’s website.
Oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update website content.
Lead, guide, manage and mentor web/app designers and web programmers.
Create and implement robust, secure and useable web applications, databases and websites.
Integrate best practices in custom-built web applications.
Analyze and implement web-based solutions to complex issues.
Own the website roadmap and align it with relevant KPIs.
Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
Identify and respond to all website security breaches.
Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly.
Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
Create appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.
Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
Requirements
At least 3-4 years of experience in Website Management, preferably job portals.
A technical degree is desirable, preferably in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.
Knowledge in HTML, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, CSS, Javascript and other web technologies.
Expert knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems, and W3C Web standards.
Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Paid Per Click (PPC).
Must be fluent in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.
Familiarity with Social Media & Other professional networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
Excellent content creation and writing skills.
Should be willing to relocate to Qatar.
NOC is a MUST for local candidates with an existing Qatar ID.
