We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative & Cash Handler. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing cash transactions.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Handle cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash and maintaining accurate records of cash transactions.
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both in writing and verbally.
Provide customers with information about products and services, and assist them with any questions or concerns.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in difficult situations.
Requirements:
Good computer knowledge, including proficiency in basic office software and internet navigation.
Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in cash handling, including counting and reconciling cash.
Customer service experience, including the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure.
