One of our clients 5 stars Hotel in Qatar is looking for a Lawyer from Morocco, Tunisia or any other Arab countries to handle the court case.
Specific Accountabilities
• Provide Legal advice to relevant internal departments on legal issues referred by General Counsel.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization’s ventures, and ensure that requisite corporate governance procedures are met with respect to contractual arrangements.
• Review and draft internal policies and regulations.
• Provide advice and guidance on corporate governance issues, and ensure that legal advice given is consistent with the relevant company’s corporate governance regime.
• Develop standard agreements and protocols for use by the wider Legal Department.
• Carry out such other duties as requested by the General Counsel and/or Chief Executive Officer.
Required Qualification
• Must have a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB)
Required Experience
• At least 5 years’ experience IN THE FIELD
* Must be an Arabic speaker
• Strong negotiation skills, with extensive experience in negotiating commercial agreements.
• Able to work independently with little or no supervision, with the ability to manage and prioritize workload.
Salary package will be : 6000 QR Min – 7,500 QR Max.
