****Preferred Indian, Philippines, and Arabic****
– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Minimum 3 Years experience in Real Estate.
– Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude.
– Team playing ability and can work independently.
– Good-looking, pleasant and trustworthy.
– Dynamic, result-oriented, and self-starter.
– Holds a valid Qatar driving license and an own car must
– Must be able to work according to the client’s timing
– Meeting with buyers/tenants to understand their requirements in a property providing them advice on terms and conditions of sale/rent.
– Providing relevant information to clients and returning calls promptly.
– Provide contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction
– Must speak good English, Arabic (Preferred)
– Good knowledge of the areas in Qatar.
– Target Driven with Proven Track Record of Success.
– No Objection Certificate (NOC)
