-Minimum 15 years demonstrable experience of which minimum 7 years shall be with design and construction projects associated with roads and infrastructure, check plans and specifications for accuracy of design and completeness for construction.
-Review, comment, recommend acceptance or otherwise on contractors’ and consultants’ submissions.
-Review the design according to the local codes/standards (including but not limited to QHDM, QTM, WZTMG, QCS…etc) and international codes where the local documents are not applicable.
-Coordination with relevant agencies and stakeholders to expedite their feedback and obtain approvals.
