LOOKING FOR OPERATIONS MANAGER (W/ F&B EXPERIENCE)
Salary Offer: QAR 5,000 to 7,000 per month (depending on experience and interview)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily business operations and monitor accomplishment of team deliverables
• Develop and implement growth strategies and plans
• Research and identify growth opportunities
• Research and identify relevant business risks
• Develop and implement company processes (SOPs) and policies
• Train, mentor, or coach low-level managers and staff
• Create and manage budgets (revenues and costs)
• Improve revenue levels (ensure that monthly targets are achieved)
• Analyse accounting and financial data
• Decide on the hiring / selection of candidates for required positions
• Evaluate performance and productivity of employees
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations (occupational safety standards)
• Generate reports and give presentations to the CEO or other stakeholders
• Provide solutions to business issues (e.g., employee performance, profit decline, client complaints, supplier concerns, government authorities issuances affecting the business)

Requirements:
• Degree in business management or a Masters in business administration
• With at least 5 to 6 years F&B experience as Operations Manager
• With good knowledge and skills of different business functions (operations from procurement of raw materials to delivery of products to customers, marketing, sales, finance)
• With good knowledge of quality management practices (ISO, Good Manufacturing Practices, Ecocert and Cosmos certifications)
• Background or experience in manufacturing cosmetics, store operations, and agriculture is an advantage
• With strong leadership qualities (ability to manage and work with diverse group of people)
• With excellent communication skills [bilingual preferred (Arabic and English), but not necessary]
• Highly organized and with great attention to detail
• With strong work ethic and initiative
• With good interpersonal skills (ability to relate well with others – management, colleagues, clients, suppliers)
• Computer literate (MS Office) – [familiar with or has previous experience in using automated or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage]
• With valid QID
• With valid driving license
• With working visa / can provide NOC
• Available to join immediately or within 1 month notice
