We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist (Finance) to work on client location in Doha, Qatar. Please see below the JD for this position:

A graduate, with MBA / Masters in Finance is preferable.
05 – 07 years’ experience in Process Improvement & Re-engineering
Experience in using tools / methodologies like, Lean or Six Sigma to drive cross-functional improvements
Draft and coordinate the approval and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in any area of financial management, including customer funding, resource planning, reporting, and accounting
Collect, analyze, aggregate, and interpret data to help assess/support process improvement projects
Mapping existing processes and re-designing those to meet current and future business needs.
Hands on experience in Process Mapping, Process Flows, MS Visio.
Strong communication skills
Preference for candidates with related experience & qualifications.

We prefer locally (Qatar) available candidates.
