Call Centre Supervisor

Location, Doha, Qatar Candidates available locally are preferred.

Qualifications to Skills:
Bachelors degree, Certified training or vocational training with customer relations or CRM.
Seven years call center experience, with 2.3 years’ in a Call Centre supervisory role.

Training and preparing call center representatives to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or product.

Working with client representative and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.

Excellent inter personal relationship, communication skills, organizational skills.
Knowing of Arabic is an advantage.
