We require the candidate to have less than 5 years of experience in practicing design with the following
Experience and skills:
• Displays capability in following a detailed design process to assure
outstanding unique design output.
• Experience as an architectural Draftsman.
• Maintains awareness of evolving building technology and systems
• Review shop drawings, material samples for conformance with design
• Maintains good professional relationships with clients, consultants and contractors during all project phases
• Have a sense of ownership
• Has good work ethics and willingness to grow and learn
• Outstanding architecture design skills and details
• Innovative and research-oriented
• Hard worker and team player
• Proven track of previous projects
• Excellent visual and verbal communicator
• proficient in English (speaking and writing) is required
• Microsoft Office programs
• AutoCAD and Revit
• 3ds Max, and Rhino (V-ray)
• Adobe Suite programs
• Rhino.
• Physical Model Making
Responsibility & Roles:
• Draft the design and work in detailing.
• Develops a thorough understanding of projects and their design furthermore
provides major input in developing building performance friendly solutions
that will be constantly discussed with team members when appropriate
• Introduces fresh and original design ideas that match project requirements
and office design aesthetics
• Produces final design deliverables up-to photo realistic renders and presentations
• Seeks and provide creative designs and innovative solutions to assigned
tasks and develops appropriate research and documents to support these
solutions
• Actively collaborates with and coordinate work of various services
consultants and knowledge resources to ensure the project deliverables are
coordinated, integrated and support the design concept and performance
goals of the project
• Use clash-detection programs to identify and resolve issues with mechanical
and plumbing systems and structure.
• Prepares design deliverables and leads the detailed development of during
all project phases, delivering complete, accurate and coordinated project
documentation
• Good skills in model making
