Junior Store Associates

Junior Store Associates required in Qatar

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Greeting and directing customers

·        Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

·        Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services

·        Cross-sell products

·        Ensure racks/shelves are fully stocked

·        Manage returns of merchandise

·        Coordinate with the kitchen team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

·        Inform customers about discounts and special offers

·        Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

·        Handle the cashiering functions

·        Serve the customers with drinks, food, or products

·        Stay up-to-date with new products/services

·        Arrange chocolate trays / displays

·        Arrange gift boxes

Requirements

·        Proven work experience as a store personnel / sales staff or similar role (with background in selling chocolates)

·        Understanding of the store sales process

·        Can communicate effectively in English language

·        Familiarity with consumer behavior principles

·        Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

·        Basic math skills / account

·        Track record of achieving sales quotas

·        Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

·        Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

·        Flexibility to work various roles and work shifts

·        With valid QID / visa

·        Available to join immediately or within 1 month
