Accounts Assistant vacancy in Trading Group, Qatar

Providing support to the accounting department.
Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Booking invoices (verifying with purchase orders, Good Receipt Note, Payment terms and accounting the vendor invoices).
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
Prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts.
Maintain digital and physical financial records.
Keep abreast of new products, their features and value and any changes in price.
Working with spreadsheets, sales /purchase ledgers and journals.
Reconcile finance accounts/invoices and direct debits and identify discrepancies.

Research and resolve discrepancies.
Control credit and chasing debt.
Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolve discrepancies.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in-order to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Support other functional departments within the company as needed.
Perform any other duty, within a reasonable professional boundary, covering the actual demand that will arise.
