Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Manage returns of merchandise
Inform customer about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feed back to General Manager
Stay up to date with products /services.

Skills & Experience
-Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships (in English both written and spoken. Arabic is a plus)
-Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative with a technical background
-Ability to file reports, type invoices, forward phone calls, reply to emails and handle customer inquiries
-Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
-Flexibility to work various shifts
-BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
