B.S. Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant Engineering disciplines. MRICS preferred.
Excellent knowledge and experience with FIDIC.
15-20 years of working experience in experience in all facets of QS works (Gulf and Local).
Extensive experience in the preparation of documentation and bills of quantities. With knowledge of local and international tendering procedures, forms of contracts, types of contracts, etc.
BUILDINGS AND HIGHWAY / LOCAL ROADS RELATED EXPERIENCE.
Other Qualification / Requirements:
Good communication in English both oral & written.
With Qatar Id, can acquire NOC & Transfer of Sponsorship.
For Engineers with Qatar UPDA registration.
Gulf Experience is A MUST.
