Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with the Finance manager. Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality. Requirements:

8-10+ years of F&B, and or Hotel experience & 5+ years of relevant experience respectively.
Strong leadership, and motivational skills
Strong people management skills and experience while coaching and monitoring the staffs competency of team members.
