Collects and interprets data to help the company take actionable steps to improve performance and meet goals. Gathers company information and statistics, building charts and graphs to present results to the management and finding ways to improve a company’s efficiencies using gathered data.
Responsibilities:
Gathering and analyzing data
Interpreting gathered data
Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data
Helping the management and other teams draw business goals and needs
Establishing new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization
Formulating procedural manuals for retail departments as deem necessary
Prepare reports and graphical presentations with analysis
Make recommendations for ordering, pricing and incentive schemes/percentages
Qualifications:
Graduate with a degree in statistics and research or any similar field of study
At least four years’ experience as an Analyst in an established organization
5+ years’ experience in retail
Must have strong analytical skills
Ability to generate statistical reports from various sources
Strong coordination, and networking abilities
Efficient in data gathering and analysis
Ability to develop and conduct presentation of data and analysis made
Proficiency in mathematics with the skill to translate complex mathematical information into understandable reports
Strong oral and written communication skills
Report writing and presentation skills
