Admin Officer vacancy in Lotus Company, Qatar
Responsibilities :
Ø Ensures that the day to day administrative issues within the company are dealt with appropriately and timely.
Ø Type-and-process various documents and electronic information.
Ø Create financial and statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets.
Ø Ensures that the administrative documents are approved by the authorized persons.
Ø Follow up on administrative issues and actions .
Ø Maintain all employee personnel files.
Ø Process Leave and Attendance, and maintains/updates hr/admn data.
Ø Prepares Log Sheet related to Requisitions and Local Purchase Orders.
Ø Collates Time Sheets.
Ø Completes any other activities as assigned by HR & Administration Manager and Deputy Administration Manager.
