A Leading Integrated Facilities Management Company is seeking for high-level key personnel to join our leadership team.
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
In this role, you will be managing around 2,000 employees and will provide inspired
leadership for the entire team. You will make important policy, planning and strategy
decisions that will deliver a 5-star hard and soft services provision in a high-demanding
world class facility. Successful candidates will have 15 years of relevant maintenance
management experience with a degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Main responsibilities:
• Deliver a suite of KPIs that include operational uptime and compliance.
• Lead the development of forward maintenance plans and life cycle costing
models.
• To lead the design and delivery of both the Hard and Soft Services Platform.
• Work with senior stakeholders. Build alliances and partnerships with other
organizations.
