BIM Modeler ARCH / STR

Hyundai Qatar is looking for a BIM Modeler who’s primary role is to develop STR and Architecture construction model (SHD).
The BIM Modeler will work designing and drafting 3D models of the STRUCTURE and ARCHITECTURE SHD drawings for HIGH RISE BUILDING.

The position will provide the candidate an opportunity to grow within the company in an innovative and collaborative environment

Expectation and Qualification
– Understanding of Construction Documents
– Use modeling best practices to produce accurate ARCH and STR model
– Coordinate model with design teams and subcontractors.
– Review Navisworks coordination models
– Produce ARCH and STR shop drawing
– Perform clash detection ensure documents and Revit Models are coordinated.
– Participate in coordination meetings with BIM Lead
– Strong personal management and organizational skills
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Strong problem solving skills to overcome quickly and effectively unforeseen challenges
– Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in BIM
Software:

Office/Autocad/Revit/Navisworks/BIM 360
Schedule:10 Hour Shift/Day Shit: Saturday to Thursday, Only Friday is off Location: QATAR/LUSAIL,

This position is only for a candidate who has valid QID and based on DOHA

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Up to QAR12.00 per month
