Hiring Arabic Head / Director PMO for an MNC Client in Qatar

• Lead and manage the establishment and operationalization of the PMO.

• Lead ongoing health checks of the Hub portfolio ensuring the programme/ projects are on track with regard to budget, schedule, and quality.

• Advice in strategic oversight, advice, and direction on programme and project management activities flagging any risks/issues.

• Lead the support for Partnership Unit and project managers in ensuring that standards and practices in project management and monitoring & evaluation are effectively adopted in the development, implementation, and closure of programme/ projects.

• Ensure close interaction and coordination with HQ and business units and programme/ project staff to share information and knowledge related to project management policies, processes, and methods.
