We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chiller Technician with specialization in Air Cooled Chillers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of chiller systems, their components, and the intricacies of their operation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Chiller Inspections:
Perform detailed inspections of air-cooled chillers to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
Evaluate the performance of the chiller system and recommend improvements.
Diagnosis:
Accurately diagnose both electrical and mechanical faults in chiller systems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Understand and interpret chiller schematics and technical manuals.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers and related components.
Repair or replace defective chiller parts to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure that chillers and their components meet or exceed the manufacturer’s specifications after maintenance or repair.
Risk Identification:
Identify potential maintenance risks or areas of concern in equipment.
Provide suitable recommendations to mitigate these risks and improve system longevity.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor junior technicians or helpers, providing technical guidance and direction.
Ensure that the team adheres to safety protocols and best practices.
Documentation:
Maintain daily logs detailing all performed maintenance activities and chiller performance metrics.
Prepare detailed service reports in line with company policy, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Customer Interaction:
Address customer queries related to chiller maintenance promptly and professionally.
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that align with their needs.
Compliance:
Comply with all service standards, work instructions, safety protocols, and customers’ requirements.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices.
