We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor – MEP.
Desired Qualification:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quantity surveying
• Minimum 7 Years quantity surveying experience with an MEP Company
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Cost planning, estimating and BOQ production for MEP services
• Primarily pre-contract / measurement experience
• Knowledge of pricing / market rates
• Post contract MEP variation evaluation and management
• Performing Risk and Value Management and cost control functions
• Recording and monitoring all site activities and cost being expended on project
• Preparation of summary of all measured works
• Maintain a schedule of submission and responses for approvals, inspections and variations etc.
• Prepare take-offs from drawings and compare with site measurements
• Preparation of interim valuations and final account
• Preparation of MEP tender documents
• Preparation of sub-contractor payment and recording / monitoring of all sites
• Preparation of monthly commercial reports
• Maintain all MEP QS documents and logs
