Information Technology Manager

Job Roles:

• Managing IT and Computer Systems: Overseeing the operation of IT systems and ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
• Controlling and Evaluating IT Operations: Regularly reviewing systems to ensure they are operating effectively and making necessary adjustments.
• Managing IT Staff: Training and coaching IT staff, setting expectations, and evaluating their performance.
• Designing and Implementing Systems and Policies: Developing and coordinating IT systems, policies, and procedures to support the organization’s goals.
• Ensuring Data and Network Security: Protecting the organization’s data and ensuring secure network access and backup systems.
• Aligning IT with User Needs and Organizational Policy: Ensuring IT systems and functionality align with user needs and contribute to organizational policy.
• Identifying and Solving Problems: Identifying issues with IT systems and implementing strategic solutions in a timely manner.
• Auditing Systems: Regularly assessing IT systems to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes.
• Preserving Assets and Information Security: Protecting the organization’s assets, including information, and maintaining control structures.
• Budget Management: Managing the IT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements and Skills:

• Professional Experience: Demonstrated work experience as an IT Manager or relevant background.
• Software Knowledge: Strongly preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent understanding of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
• Data Center Management: Expertise in overseeing data center operations and data governance.
• Network Skills: Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
• Personnel Management: Ability to effectively manage personnel.
• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
