As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring the well-being and development of our staff. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures that align with our brand values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business goals and objectives.
– Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
– Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
– Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
– Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
– Stay informed about changes in labour laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation.
– Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
– Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and practices to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
– Proven experience in HR management roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
– Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR issues.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
– Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
