The Bellman will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their luggage, attending to their needs, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The Bellman will also assist with transportation arrangements and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy luggage
- Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
