Sales Manager – Car Rental Industry (Doha, Qatar)

Simex, a leading car rental company in Qatar, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Doha.

About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for our car rental business in Doha. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage a team of sales representatives, and build strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently exceed goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to secure repeat business.
Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities.
Oversee the sales budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by the sales team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the car rental industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Valid Qatar driving license.
Valid QID and NOC for transfer sponsorship.
