Senior Engineer – Civil/Structural

Supervises: Associate Engineer / Engineer I / Engineer II / Assigned Design Team
Job Objective:
As a Senior Engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for one or more projects, taking full responsibility for civil/structural discipline activities and deliverables. You will independently manage, mentor, or supervise a team of engineers or designers in project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead civil/structural discipline activities for assigned projects, acting as a senior liaison between clients, project teams, vendors, subcontractors, JV partners, and satellite offices.
Develop and produce conceptual designs, including FEED (Front End Engineering Design) packages, design basis, philosophies, equipment selections, and various studies and reports.
Prepare, review, and approve engineering calculations and related documentation for civil/structural projects.
Job Description:
Prepare, review, and approve procurement documents such as material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, recommendations, and vendor drawing reviews.
Assist the Lead Engineer, Chief Engineer, or HOD in preparing engineering control documents such as deliverable lists, man-hour estimates, project schedules, inter-discipline coordination, and technical reviews. Ensure assigned project scope aligns with these documents.
Participate in developing project proposals and technical and execution estimates, defending the basis of these estimates as needed.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Support the Chief Engineer or HOD by conducting technical audits.
