We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing procurement processes, sourcing materials, and negotiating contracts to ensure the successful execution of large-scale public works projects in Qatar. A degree in Engineering is required.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement for roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects.
· Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
· Proficiency in English & Arabic Language (both written and spoken).
