Qualification :- Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical Engineer
Certificates :- CSWIP 3.2.1/ CSWIP 3.2.2, BGAS
Job description :-
Responsible for surveillance / inspection / monitoring of assigned welding activities including procedure and welders qualification testing for NFXP pipelines in Carbon steel and CRA. Scope includes onshore and offshore welding procedure monitoring and verification assurance with the Technical Requirement and Project Specifications.
welding/welders qualification, specifically experience in pipeline automated welding systems for carbon steel and CRA is preferred.
Able to perform, comply, audit, and make assessments of Safety Management System (Advance Safety Auditing, Behavior Safety System, JSA’s, act) and have competency in safety procedures.
Have detailed knowledge of industrial codes and standards (DNV, ISO, API)
Able to read and understand Drawings.
Able to issue and follow up Audit findings, Non Conformity/Corrective Actions and Observation Reports.
