Lead Piping Designer/ checker (CADWORX)
Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Full time)
Job Location: Doha, Qatar
Job duration: Long Term
Job Responsibilities: –
1. Prepare the concept Layout based on the PFD & P&IDs in Line with Shell DEP and Company standards.
2. Prepare the layout based on safety studies recommendations Like HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, SIMOPS & BOW Tie-in workshops.
3. Prepare the layout based on HFE & constructability studies.
4. Checking the Piping GADs based on P&IDs, civil layouts & stress reports.
5. Perform the interdisciplinary checking of documents. (especially civil layouts)
6. 3D model review check list and perform the 3D Model review.
7. Prepare the 3D Model tag list and close out report.
8. Prepare and Checking the Nozzle orientation drawing & Equipment layout.
9. Well conversant with AutoCAD Latest Edition.
10. Perform isometrics checking and MTO as per PMS.
