We are looking for an experienced BMS Service Engineer currently available in Qatar to join our team immediately. If you have expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) and a passion for optimizing building automation, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform routine service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS systems.
-Diagnose and resolve faults in HVAC, lighting, and power systems.
-Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and software updates.
-Provide technical support for emergency breakdowns and repairs.
-Optimize system performance by analyzing data and implementing improvements.
-Train end-users and facility teams on BMS operations.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
-3-4 years of experience in BMS servicing and maintenance.
-Proficiency in Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar BMS software.
-Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
-Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Must be currently available in Qatar with immediate joining ability.
