Commercial Leasing Consultant

Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
* Become an expert on our property portfolio, understanding the unique features and benefits of each space.
* Conduct property tours, effectively communicating the value proposition to generate leasing interest.
* Navigate the full leasing cycle, from initial introductions to final documentation and handover.
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 1 year experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably with a focus on retail spaces.
* Proven track record of exceeding leasing targets and achieving successful client acquisition.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
* Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
* Strong understanding of retail market trends and tenant needs.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
* Locally available in Qatar.
