Position: SECRETARY TO CEO
Location: QATAR

Job Description:
• Answer phones and respond to email.
• Book meeting rooms, arrange conference calls, take messages and minutes during meetings
• Make travel arrangements
• Coordinates with all the department of the Holding Group.
• Maintaining file systems and organizing paper works.
• Maintain confidential information, file and store them accordingly
• Report directly to the CEO
• Liaise with the all the Head of the Departments

Qualifications:
• Female 22-26years old
• Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Strong organizational, attention to detail and time-management skills
• Professionalism and pleasing personality
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, calendar management tools)
• Familiarity with travel coordination, expense reporting, and meetings
• With valid QID and NOC (can join immediately)
• With valid VISA / Hayya Visa (for new arrival)
