The Resort Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of all departments within the resort, ensuring a seamless guest experience, high service standards, and efficient operational performance. This includes supervising housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, maintenance, recreation, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily resort operations across departments.
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently throughout the resort.
Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.
Oversee budgets, cost controls, and inventory to optimize financial performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to enhance guest experience and occupancy.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and coordinate with maintenance for repairs and improvements.
Hire, train, and schedule operational staff.
Provide reports and updates to senior management on operational performance and guest feedback.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:
On-site presence required; frequent walking, standing, and hands-on involvement in operations.
Fast-paced environment, often requiring quick decision-making and multitasking.
