A reputable educational institution in Lusail is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development, with 3–5 years of HR experience specifically in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management
Maintain compliance with Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
3–5 years of HR generalist experience in the educational sector
Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law
Ability to handle a wide range of HR functions independently
Hardworking, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
