Male candidate (as per operational requirements).
Senior role with a minimum of 5 years of experience in professional baking and pastry production.
Proven expertise in baking bread, cakes, and pastries without pre-mixes.
Strong ability to create and innovate recipes from scratch.
Experience in people management and team leadership.
Strong sense of confidentiality, especially regarding proprietary recipes and processes.
Professional, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
A culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Age not more than 40 years old.
Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure timely production of baked goods.
Create and develop new bread, pastry, and dessert recipes from scratch (without pre-mixes).
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Supervise and train bakery and pastry staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and hygiene practices.
· Handle staff scheduling and manage attendance.
· Implement disciplinary actions and resolve team conflicts as needed.
Monitor inventory, order raw materials, and control wastage.
Enforce food safety standards and sanitation practices.
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and seasonal offerings.
