CCTV Operator

Designation: CCTV Operator
Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Responsibility:
– Continuously monitor live video feeds from multiple cameras.
– Detect suspicious or unusual activities and respond accordingly.
– Track individuals or vehicles of interest across multiple camera zones.
– Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents.
– Prepare detailed incident reports for security management or law enforcement.
– Record daily operations, shift changes, and equipment issues.
– Ensure CCTV cameras and recording systems are functioning properly.
– Report technical issues to the maintenance or IT department.
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine system checks.
– Assist security personnel by guiding them via camera footage.
– Provide real-time support during emergencies (e.g., theft, fire, intrusion).
– Review recorded footage to support investigations or claims.
– Operate within legal and organizational guidelines for surveillance and data privacy.
– Ensure camera angles and recordings comply with privacy regulations.
– Coordinate with security teams, law enforcement, or emergency responders.
– Relay critical information quickly and accurately.

Qualifications:
– Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
– Vocational training or certifications in security, surveillance, or IT systems.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position.
– With valid QID and MOI license is advantage
