We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Auto Rental Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in car rental operations and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. This role involves managing rental reservations, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth vehicle handovers and returns.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with car rental inquiries, bookings, and contracts.
Manage reservations via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Explain rental terms, conditions, and insurance coverage to customers.
Inspect vehicles before and after rentals, ensuring proper documentation.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and readiness.
Handle customer payments, deposits, and refunds as per company policy.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of rental transactions.
Promote additional products and services to customers when applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:
Previous car rental industry experience is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using car rental management systems and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English AND Arabic
