We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager with over 5 years of experience in the sanitaryware industry to lead our sales efforts in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the construction and building materials sector, a deep understanding of sanitaryware products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through strategic planning, client relationship management, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sanitaryware market
– Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and retailers
– Promote a wide range of sanitaryware products to key decision-makers in construction projects
– Follow up on project leads, specifications, and inquiries to close deals effectively

Account Management:
– Manage existing key accounts and develop long-term partnerships
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
– Ensure timely follow-ups, quotations, and order processing
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery

Market Intelligence:
– Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies
– Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
– Contribute to product strategy based on client feedback and market demands

Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum 5 years of sales experience in sanitaryware or building materials (Qatar/GCC preferred)
– Strong understanding of sanitaryware products, specifications, and project cycles
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
– Valid Qatar driving license preferred
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
