Landscaping Manager

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end landscaping projects. The role involves managing design reviews, procurement, installation, and maintenance of softscape and hardscape works in alignment with project specifications and environmental standards.

Key Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
– Minimum 12–15 years of experience in landscape project execution, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
– Proven track record in large-scale landscaping (residential communities, parks, resorts, public spaces, etc.).
– Strong knowledge of plants, soil types, irrigation systems, and hardscape materials.
– Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Project Management: Oversee all landscaping activities on-site including softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Develop and monitor work schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones.
– Technical & Design Oversight: Review and interpret landscape design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Supervise implementation of approved landscape plans and provide technical guidance to the team.
Ensure irrigation and drainage systems are implemented to standard.
– Team Management: Lead and manage a team of landscape engineers, supervisors, foremen, and laborers.
Organize manpower, material, and equipment resources efficiently.
– Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, environmental standards, and health & safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Implement corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
– Procurement & Budget: Coordinate with procurement for timely supply of materials (plants, soil, aggregates, lighting, etc.).
Monitor material usage and project costs to stay within budget.
– Stakeholder Coordination: Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
– Provide progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
