Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for road and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact projects that are essential to the community’s development.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of cost and quantity surveying for road and infrastructure projects.
Prepare and manage tender documents, including cost estimates and bills of quantities.
Review and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers.
Conduct site assessments and monitor project costs throughout the construction phase.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Provide regular reports on project progress and costs to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience (7+ years) in quantity surveying, with specific expertise in road and infrastructure projects.
Degree or certification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and cost estimation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, QS software, etc.).
