We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ERP Specialist – SAP S/4HANA to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of our SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring that business processes are efficiently mapped and optimized across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA in a support or implementation role.
Strong knowledge of at least one core SAP module (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD); multi-module knowledge is a plus.
Experience in SAP configuration, testing (UAT), and end-user support.
Understanding of SAP Fiori and modern SAP UI/UX tools.
Familiarity with integration between SAP and third-party systems.
Functional and technical understanding of business processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
SAP certification is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Hands-on experience in SAP migration or greenfield S/4HANA projects.
Exposure to ABAP debugging or coordination with developers.
Experience in a multi-company or multi-country SAP environment.
Knowledge of data migration tools (e.g., LTMC, LSMW) is a plus.
