We are a leading construction company seeking a highly experienced Senior HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in HR and administration within a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and review HR & Admin policies to ensure alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from shortlisting candidates to final mobilization.
Address and resolve employee queries, grievances, and concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
Oversee employee accommodation arrangements and manage company properties.
Administer company vehicles and assets, ensuring proper utilization and maintenance.
Optimize the usage of company resources, ensuring maximum efficiency.
Independently handle all HR & Admin functions, with full accountability for related processes and tasks.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to transfer sponsorship to the company.
Valid Qatar Driving License is a significant advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR & Administration roles, preferably within the construction industry.
