Minimum Requirements:
3–5 years of proven sales experience in relevant industries (construction, facilities management, hospitality, interior fit-out).
Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory) and willingness to travel across project sites.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
About the role:
We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive to drive B2B sales across Qatar for construction and facility-related services. This role requires a results-oriented professional who can identify opportunities, develop client relationships, and close high-value contracts. The ideal candidate is field-ready, confident in client-facing situations, and comfortable working toward aggressive monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new leads across construction, facilities management, hospitality and interior fit-out sectors.
Manage the complete sales cycle: client outreach, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
Achieve and maintain a monthly sales target of QAR 200,000.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
