Front Desk Receptionist

Maintains office cleaning. Answer phone calls. Answer inquiries about the company. Greet visitors warmly. Ensure reception area is tidy and Maintain office arrangement.
Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
Coordinate office activities.
Send email. Collect and distribute parcels and other mail. Perform filing and clerical duties.

Skills & Experience

Honest, able to work under pressure, very good knowledge about Microsoft office.
