Ernest Talent is seeking a Leasing Admin/Coordinator to join a leading real estate firm in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage all Kahramaa-related activities and associated municipal (Baladiya) procedures, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of utility services, and compliance with local regulations. This role involves close coordination with government entities, landlords, and tenants to maintain seamless operations and efficient service delivery.

• Documentation and Attestation
• Kahramaa & Utility Coordination
• Government & Municipal Liaison
• Record Keeping & Tracking
• Tenant / Landlord Coordination

Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in government relations, utilities coordination, or administrative support within Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of Baladiya and Kahramaa processes and Qatari municipal procedures.
• Familiarity with Hukoomi, MOI, and Kahramaa e-services portals.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle official documents with discretion.
