We are seeking a qualified Equipment Inspector to join our team in Ras Laffan (RILC), Qatar.

📝 Job Description – Equipment Inspector

Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the Technical Mechanical Inspections of all Tools & Construction Equipment’s used in sites such as Barges, Cranes {Crawler Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Overhead Cranes, Tower Cranes etc.}, Fork-lifts, Telescopic lifts, Scissors Lifts, Boom Trucks, Prime Movers & Trailers, Specialist Heavy Trailers, Air Compressors, Hydraulic Jacks, Man Baskets, & Soil Handling Heavy Equipment’s {Bulldozer, Backhoe Loader/JCB, Excavator, Skid Steer Loader/Bobcat, Road Roller, Power Shovel, Clamshell, Grader, Scraper, Wheel Loader, Mini Loader, Compactor, Concrete Boom Placer, Truck, Tractor, Concrete Batch Plant, Concrete Mixer, Asphalt Pavers, Large Electrical Power Generators, Welding Equipment’s} etc. & power operated hand tools and equipment such as Drills, Grinders, Pumps and Mobile Welding Generators etc.
* Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions for unsafe conditions.
* Ensure Plant and equipment are Color Coded as per the requirement of procedure.
* Verify equipment certifications, maintenance records, and safety documentation.
* Monitor site activities to ensure safe usage and handling of equipment.
* Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of Equipment.
* Participate in incident investigations related to equipment failure or misuse.

Requirements:
* B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of Qatar’s HSE regulations and international safety standards.
* Valid QID and transferable visa (Freelancer Preferred).
* Familiarity with inspection tools and reporting systems.
