Operations Team Lead

We are a smart-mobility provider that will be offering Qatar a new array of mobility products including e-assist bicycles and electric scooters.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

– Manage a team of multiple Operation Specialists

– Work with a team of Operation Specialists to operate a van to redistribute e-bikes, e-Scooters as required

– Use smartphone applications to locate and operate on e-bikes, e-Scooters

– Assist with e-bikes, e-Scooters deployment, and pickup by Operations Specialists

– Troubleshoot and fix potential e-bikes, e-Scooters technical issues.

– Respond to various tasks as they’re assigned

– Interacts with e-bikes, e-Scooters riders in a friendly and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

·   Education level – High School degree or equivalent

·  Experience: a significant experience of 5 years as an Operations Team Lead or similar role in transportation or logistic industries in Qatar.  (mandatory)

Specific skills:

–       Some technical expertise in mechanics and basic knowledge of electricity. (mandatory)

–       Extensive knowledge of the roads and transportations infrastructures in all Qatar.

–       Good English language skills (mandatory)

–       Proficiency using GPS devices/Geofencing (mobile applications) to locate and operate on e-bikes, e-Scooters and the parking spots. (mandatory)

 Personal characteristics:

–       Excellent organizational and time management skills.

–       Ability to work with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

·       Licenses: A valid driver’s license in Qatar (mandatory)

·       Proficiency using GPS devices and mobile applications (mandatory)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical ability to frequently bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 KG
